RXTreme Labs Return Policy

At RXTreme Labs, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality research peptides. However, due to the sensitive nature of our products, certain restrictions apply to returns and refunds. Please read the policy below carefully.


1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Products may only be returned if:
    • They were damaged during transit.
    • The wrong product or quantity was shipped.
    • The product was defective or compromised upon delivery.
  • Conditions for Eligibility:
    • The product must remain unopened, with the tamper-proof seal intact.
    • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
    • A copy of the original invoice or order confirmation must be provided.

    2. Non-Returnable Items

    • Due to regulatory and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

    3. Return Process

      • Once approved, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

      • Safely package the item and include a copy of your RMA.
      • Ship the product to the return address provided.
      • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong product shipped).

    4. Refund Policy

    • Refunds will only be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected.
    • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
    • Refunds will not include original shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.

    5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

    • If your order is damaged during shipping or lost in transit:

      • Claims must be filed within 48 hours of receipt for damaged products.
      • For lost shipments, we will coordinate with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
